Standard NELI sets are handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for preparation; fully customised creations take around 2 weeks for production and dispatch. We make and ship orders on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges appear at checkout. In France, pickup-point delivery is free from €85; international thresholds vary by destination.

Carriers can take 1–2 business days after dispatch to update tracking. If nothing changes a few days after your shipping confirmation, email sav@nelipresson.com with your order details and we'll help.

For hygiene and safety, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days only if the package is unopened. We cannot accept returns or refunds for a size-selection error. Please check your order and use our size guide before purchasing.
